I would remove if it has an odor, is smaller than the others. I haven't had it happen but I've read they can explode which would contaminate the whole bunch spreading the bacteria that got in that one.

I have a baby!!!! S/he is still wet. How long does it take for them to dry? None of the others have pipped yet. I sure hope they hatch.They were all alive when put in lockdown. Some of the shells seem really think will that create a problem during hatch?

I love baby fuzzy butts.

She should dry off in a few hours. Hopefully her chirping will get the others to start pipping and zipping. The egg tooth they have on the end of their beaks should be able to beak through the shell to pip.

I have a question... is there a way to get your eggs to pip? I a getting really impatient, which I know is bad... and I know this takes time... but this is getting late for campbells! Day 30! It usually takes 28! I really want a fuzzy butt!

HELP!!!!!! My hatcher temp dropped to 92. It has been stable at 100 until baby hatched.Humidity went ip a little and temp dropped. Do i need to open up hatcher and move thermostat closer. what do i do?
