NooooLast night I had made a cake. It was in the oven when I had to put the chickens away for the night. I went, locked them up (there was an issue with Minnie the GLW bullying the 12 week old Speckled Sussex) so it took me longer than I wanted.
@Starburst told me that the timer was going off so I asked her to check them.
She said it was still like batter even after being in the oven for 30 minutes.
I thought that was weird, but decided it probably still just needed more time.
I came back from locking up the chickens. It in no way looked like a cake.
It was still very liquid with a few lumps, and burnt on the edges.
I forgot the flour.![]()
