This morning was so nice I decided to ride my horse. I had a few set backs when I inspected my equipment. Two of my helmets were otherwise occupied. After removing the empty nest in my black helmet I inspect my saddle. Then I retrieve my rather less-than-thrilled KMSH. After a thorough brushing he's in a better mood. Saddle is put in place, cleaned, and cinch is inspected. Hooves and legs are inspected while the saddle is allowed 'rest' before final cinching. When bridle is in place Dink is finally ready to ride! After a few moments of ground work to make sure his mind is on me we approach the mounting block. And off we go! The grill smiles at us while we go by. We take the high road, the low road, and the road inbetween. And we are back at the barn! I thank Dink for being patient with the photo shoot. Happy Mother's Day! Ride 'em Cowgirl!
