Yes, however that is what is in the SOP. It says that they need "Body and Fluff: Body, short, deep, round, with low-set keel.Fluff, full-feathered, well rounded.". From what I have seen, the most commen winners are quite similar to the photo at higher leval shows. They do usually have lighter and feathers feathers and I would agree that the picture is a little tight. The standard has definitely changed, but not enough to make the picture a bad example.
