Complain Or Not To The Usps ? Need Advice..THEY GOT HERE

FINALLY THEY GOT HERE I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE POST OFFFICE WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO GO PICK UP MY BIRDS

THEY LOOK FINE

I DONT

DIDNT SLEEP LAST NIGHT

GOT HERE AND GAVE THEM 24% FEED WARM WATER WITH VITAMIS IN
