Concern about week old Easter Egger

I have 9 baby chicks, 7 different breeds. They arrived last week as day olds. They all appeared healthy, vibrant and curious. The biggest and most active one was an Easter Egger. Yesterday I began to notice that she was staying under the brooder eco-glow a lot. While the others were trying out their incoming wing feathers, running from one end to the other, she was staying quiet under the heat. I also see that she is now the smallest of all the birds. Still today the others are out and about playing and she is not. She comes out to eat, but then heads back under the heat. So she is eating, and she's pooping (pooped on me this morning!). Her poop looked pretty normal, but did have a goldish brown color along with the white and darker green-brown that I normally see. I don't see her drinking water, but when I put her beak in water she will drink. She appears fine, aside from being lethargic compared to the others. Should I be concerned? Any suggestions? Should I try giving her some coconut water? Some guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I don't have much advice, other then to watch and see what happens. You could try electrolytes, like save-a-chick and see if at helps. Good luck!

If they are on a good chick feed, have clean water, and the heat lamp and bedding are set up well, I would watch and hope for the best. Adding the electrolytes to the water might help too. Any coughing/sneezing? Can be treated if the group gets sick. I personally want healthy vigorous birds in my flock, so I don't intensively treat a chick who is a poor doer for no good reason. Some chicks aren't going to live; that's the way it is sometimes. mary

I hope all goes well. I put vitamin powder in water and mine seem to be doing great.
I do have some chicks that now seem to be smaller but I'm thinking there my Bantum breed
sorry not much help good luck

Try out a Hard boiled egg maybe she might not touch it the first time but just keep it up for a week and the egg has niacin protein vitamin B-3 all what they need ....

A little sugar/honey in her water might also help ....

I have one EE that is extremely and painfully shy. I have her in our well house keeping the 2 week olds company. She's about 4 months old, we think but we don't really know. I keep a section of chicken wire/fence across the door for her, and when others from the flock even come near, she hides in a corner and always has, even when she was out with the rest of the flock. If I'm outside where I can keep an eye on her, I leave the wire down and sometime she will meander out, but she will only do that if I'm there,

She was really getting picked on when she was in with the other birds and is just now starting to get her feathers back, that she is happy in the well house and dose t seem to mind the kiddies peeping and dancing about as they do (they're in 2 separate kiddie pens in the well house).

But she too, hovers near the heat lamps.
