We had a slow going hatch last night that resulted in a peachick that I don't think will make it.
It had a twisted neck which straightened out pretty good but the chick seems to have a bit of fluid built up behind its head. It looks like maybe the crooked neck in the egg was the cause, maybe from the slow hatch. At first I thought it was a small tumor or cyst but seems to have a water balloon feel to it.
I'm hoping someone here may have seen this before and can point me in the right direction. I'm willing to try to drain it, have Tylan on hand and can start vitamins.
BTW, its name is Turbo.
