The best cheesecake is one I make in my own kitchen for a fraction of the price of buying one elsewhere, and I make a goooood one! Must be the NY blood in me.
But I do love a nice moist, dense, chocolatey cake with either fudge or butter brickle icing. Mmmmmmm!
But, as for the eggs, I would do some Chuckie eggs if we were set up for ducks, but alas, we have yet to get that far. When I am ready, Nat, I am going to have you on the top of my list for some eggs.
