Confirm breed

I think this is a buff Orpington but she has feathers on her feet and she grew up with her feathers growing in very patchy and funny looking. Any ideas if she's actually a different breed or is there something wrong with her?

She is a Cochin.Great breed,not great egg layers,great pets.

Can you post a better picture? How old is it? Could be a cockerel, and probably a Buff Cochin.

About 4 months old.

At four months old, probably a pullet. But I'm not positive.

That looks like a Cockeral to can me...Can I geta shot up closer to its back?
