confirm mites??

i checked a few pictures on line but can't tell if this is evidence of mites. couldn't see anything moving. it thought the girls just had crusty poop on their back feathers. i did buy dust. can anyone confirm?

I'm afraid it's hard to tell. If it looks like a bunch of little dusty or whitish, sometimes cotteny looking stuff on each feather follicle it typically is. Dust her real good all over with the dust. You will probably have to dust were she sleeps too.
