Confused and need advice

A lady gave me a dozen muscovy duck eggs but she says they always hatch in 28 days for her, how should I prepare for lockdown? We're at day 21 and 10 of 12 are showing signs of life.

That's what I said, and she's adamant they're muscovies, so my question is, should I lock down day 25 just in case, or wait until day 32?

She actually states they may be a cross, but they hatch the eggs from them every year, and ducklings are often grey and white, it definitely has my curiosity peaked.
