Confused by feathers.. hidden silkie genes?

So I have this rooster, he has half silky looking feathers and half normal feathers (split down the middle) I hatched some chicks recently from my other two roosters, I thought I separated the half silked rooster for long enough but apparently not, and I hatched a white chick (silkie roo is dom white and no other birds are)
This white chick is feathering way slower than all the others and its feathers look not formed? Or silkie-ish?? What is going on?
The breed I have is supposed to be purebred Pekin bantams but now I doubt that..
Any silkie and genetics experts know what’s going on here and if the white chick is indeed silkie or has some other weird feather mutation? Pics attached of chick, father and other chick of same age to compare
