I'm trying to decide which one of us is the infiltrate. Lot of posts, knowledgable, etc, hmmmmmmmm. Since I have more posts than LazyJ, that leaves him out. So ... after posting my own question similar to this (see thread in my sig line), I decided to buy rice in bulk from sams (and serve cooked), whole oats from the feed store (ripped bags are cheaper) to scatter, and whatever I can grow in my garden. Lots of other ideas.

My goats eat the oats too, especially in the summer (helps keep them cool).

Your statement is misleading at best and false at worst. Food itself is not made from petroleum by-products. I guess if you eat food that's fertilized with chicken poop you are what you eat too.

I'm a farmer so I'm a Monsanto customer......do I agree with them 100%, no I don't, but they are not the evil entity that you and others make them out to be either.

If you don't like how we farmers are doing our job maybe you shouldn't be complaining with your mouth full and clothed. I said yesterday to another person on here, unless you grow every single item you consume....either by eating or by using it in your day to day life you are complaining about the very people who help you survive every day.
