If one white egg hatched was it a big egg or little egg. Do any of them have feathered legs? I'm sorry I don't remember what I gave you either!!!

Everyone is resting after the busy spring show season. My flock is now just trying to get through this heat wave and so far all is well. I've got lots of white tarps over head, lots of box fans, and big ice blocks in the waterers.

I heard Hail was coming down out your way? Sounds like you've got things under control as always!

So if it was a big huge tan colored egg you have a nice English Orpington If it was a big white egg you have a Tetra Tint aka: Leghorn/Orp cross.

No hail yet, but the skies are getting gloomy looking.

So one is the leghorn/Orp cross. The other was a blue egg so aracona?

Black copper marans, blue marans, la fleche and blue/black/splash marans eggs are in the incubator now and ready in three weeks for purchase as straight run chicks. If we have a good hatch, we'll have chicks to sell. $8 a chick. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks.
