Connecticut!

Newbie from Cromwell checking in. I'll be picking up 6 chicks from a farm in East Haddam on Saturday! I've been reading everything I can, and boy, its a bit overwhelming. I think I have everything in order. Just working on a coop design now....

Congratulations! Welcome to the board, lots of great people and information here!

Ok, I have a problem. I got a flock of pure Icelandics a few weeks ago. There were supposed to be 4 pullets and 3 cockerels. Unfortunately, 5 of them are cockerels. In the spirit of keeping Icelandics a pure breed, I'd like to find 4 of them good homes. I'm in New Hartford.

They are about 13 weeks old, and extremely colorful, beautiful birds. They are used to be being handled and are not yet crowing (although I expect they could start at any time).

PM me for more info and/or pictures.

Good luck + speedy recovery!!!

I think that's how you spell it, too. We are referring to a farming implement. Any other variations might be subject to misinterpretation, or at least BYC censorship.

LOL thanks!! im actually not nervous, just wanna feel better! yes a farming implement,
