Evening everyone!
I'm coming to CT on the 25th of Oct and was curious if anyone had any Silkie chicks or pullets available for sale? I'm looking for blues or splash to go along with the group I already have. If anyone has anything feel free to PM me. I'll be there the entire weekend the 25th-27th. Thanks!

Mayor Bill Finch's policy allowing residents to raise chickens within city limits is now under review by the Bridgeport City Council.
They say the mayor is hoping more urban farms will help develop the city.
Councilwoman Lydia Martinez is calling for a public hearing and possibly a committee of experts to take a look at the proposed policy.

There is quite a bit of potential in Bridgeport. I hope they make some real, good progress.
