Can anyone tell me how to locate an Andelusian breeder in Kansas?

You could try posting in the Kansas state thread or looking online to see if there is a breeding club for Andelusians but I have found such listings are often out of date. Good luck

Hey there fellow CT peeps (ya see what I did there? ) just popping into the CT thread to save it so I can check in now and again. I just started chicks for the first time on March 3rd and man do they grow fast! I think my chicks are 3 weeks old tomorrow as I bought hem on a Friday, I know TSC had them on Thursday and I am just assuming an extra day for travel to the store etc They are all doing well I have 3 Tetra browns, 3 Leghorns and a pair of barred rocks. I wanted 6, I bought 8 in case of any dying or getting a rooster but all of them are so far healthy and active so it looks like I got 8 unless something happens before they go outside.

anyways, just saying hello and tagging the thread for ease of finding it later.

Hello and Welcome to chicken math... getting eight when you wanted six is a bad sign.... before you know it you will have twelve lol. And if you think chicks grow fast you should see how fast ducklings grow.
Enjoy them while they are small and cute and whatever you do stay away from the chick area at TSC or I predict you really will find out what chicken math is.

Haha very true! I ordered 5 for this year and have 5 from last year but it just didn't seem right to not get any from TSC so I now have 11 chickens with 5 more coming in April. Chicken math strikes again. It's a dangerous world in the chicken community... did I mention I also have 7 ducks.
