We need a swap or something in RI/eastern CT. I'm live in southern RI on the Ct border and I work in Mystic CT and nothing ever goes on around here for poultry stuff

I wish there were more people to connect with around here. There seems to be enough farms...I am looking into going to some MA and NH swaps but it will be fairly far to travel.

I really haven't ran into many people around this area on here. Maybe we can get a swap going in this area. I don't have facilities but prob could find someplace to use. I will have extra chicks starting in April too. My bator is getting full!

OK, so I don't live in CT now but I am born and raised MYSTIC. Family still there. Grandfather was a detective with the Stonington Police force. Went to Grasso Tech. So technically I am CT thru and thru.

Good time for a hatch. SPRING is just about 3 weeks away. Although March can be tricky...
I've seen a foot of snow come down on April 17th one year!

What do have in the bator momma-hen? I have blue and black jersey giants, 2 doz silkie eggs from 2 separate breeders, my own BLRW and SLW eggs and soon to be crossing my fingers blue and partridge wynadottes

if I can get my hands on some eggs! But that's only thus far....I have a lot of pheasants so the bator will be going until they stop laying in the July or so... lots of birds. I probably should stop buying eggs to hatch- ugh!!


I am so ready for spring and they said we are supposed to get snow on St. Patty's! Not that I think they can predict that far ahead... lol
