I was going to pick up some fish to grill tonight. Monday we are doing kebobs. The other night I grilled burgers and made a blue cheese sauce for them. Also grilled potato slices that were pretty yummy.

Sounds great!!! I think I may spend the weekend at your house!!!

Hi, all of this sounds really really yummy!!!!! I think i'm going to try doing some kebobs! I haven't made those in years and I think I have the metal kebob rods somewhere in my food closet. Also the blue cheese on a burger sounds really good too!!! Do you grill the burger normal then take it off and put a fresh clump on top to just melt or do you actally have to grill the cheese on the burger on the grill? Thanks for your input!!! Beth

For the marinade what do you use? I tried that once and I think I used the wrong stuff b/c it burnt it really bad.

I've never been to the Bristol day event but, boy does that sound like a great time for the kids!!! Have some fun for me too!!!

I will have to try the potato trick! Sounds yummy!!! Congrats to Debbie on a wonderful hatch!!! I hope she is really happy and that is soo awesome. I would give it another day or two just incase you had a colder spot in the bator. I've had some hatch on day 24 that were just slow developers....lol..... Have a great Holiday weekend!!

I just use a basic Italian dressing, but you have to grill it on foil to stop it from burning.
The bristol thing is tons of fun.
