Thank you, John! They are sweet hens! They are doing well. Big Red loves to scratch the ground. Bethany is very confident and it shows up well. She is sweet to people and Big Red but no one better get near her as she will become like 4 foot tall and bullet proof! :)
I finally found the picture of Chicken Little here but do you have a current one? I would like to show my neighbor. I really like him.

Hi Pam, what does PQ mean? (I should know this but I've been out camping with the Scouts and I'm exhausted.....) I have a Silkie roo that looks a lot like that! We're full up here but I have a friend in Scotland who may be looking for birds. I can let her know. Thanks!

Yep, Pet Quality. They have not been bred to meet the breed standards. They make wonderful pets though!! Tell your friend that I can sell a second hen also...all three would be $40. If your friend is interested, please have her email me at [email protected] and I can provide her with the pictures of all three.

Thanks! I'll forward her the information. I honestly don't know if she's currently looking for more birds or not.

Yes, chickens are addictive. My first chicken, willow, was a singleton. She followed me all over the yard if I went inside to get something, she would follow me up the steps and wait right by the door. SHe loved to be held and she would put her head on my shoulder and nudge in. She loved the dogs, too. I really miss her!
