Well Roeland Park city council voted YES! So people can have some chickens in their yards-they still have to write up the rules. So glad to see that they listened and took time to educate themselves-Hopefully we can welcome so new members from there to BYC!

How profetic! I wonder who came up with that.

I am not in the celabratory mood. In fact I am so angry. Another dog kill in my front yard by the same dog that killed a couple of years ago. I saw the dog, shot at it. Then wrote a nasty gram for the neighbors explaing that we have dealt with this before and took them my letter and the dead chicken. I am hopeing that Christan Grace out weighs my anger here. I have offered some fencing or even help for them to correct the problem. (their dogs killing my livestock on my property) They were gracious and said they would fix the problem. I left them the letter and the chicken.
