You can sort by "Location" then scroll down until you get to Kansas if there are any in Kansas. You are talking about the auctions on BYC.
For Craigslist you can use SearchTempest to search. SearchTempest will search x amount of miles from your zip code. http://www.searchtempest.com/

Yes, I was talking about BYC. Thank you, I will try that!

I am looking for someone with hatching eggs....not today, but will be getting my bator soon! I would love some really good quality, nice size white rocks and a couple of leghorns (prefer pullets) to add to my flock.

Johnson's, good luck in your egg search! What kind of incubator are you thinking of using??

Okay-- So I need some advice! Think VERY cheap.. Going to post a picture of one of my horse stalls. (sold a horse last year and now have an empty one) Thinking it's getting kind of cold for Seymore to be under the deck with no wind protection. I want to put her in the stall, I think. Chicks still won't be big enough to be put with her in the coop right away. How do I protect her in the stall? It's 7ft high and it's a 12 X 12 ft box. Do I need anything over the top? Ideas on this..?? And I don't want to invest much money at all. What might come in there and get her? This will just be during the day, I think. But it would be nice to leave her out there at night, too.

The stall looks very secure to me. She's a big bird so she shouldn't have many predators that could kill her other than coyotes. Question: Do you shut the exterior doors at night? That could keep a lot of predators out. Does she fly? I mean would she fly out of the stall. If she does, I would put some netting or some wire over the top of the stall. And I would build her a roost where she can sit up off the ground. Maybe as high as the wooden stall walls. Just a 2X 4 would work. If you can't get any good quality netting, just use that bird netting or deer netting they sell every where until you can get some better quality. And that will let you know if it is working for her before you spend much. Netting might also help keep those stupid raccoons out too.
I think you need to get Seymore a boyfriend and hatch some turkey eggs next spring.
Best advice is not to store the feed near her. If they find the feed they might leave her alone.

Just came in from chores. I lost 2 Serama hens today. One was egg bound. The egg was stuck in her vent. The other one I'm not sure. I never loose these birds. I hate that. I need to get out and do some wiring in their coop so I can keep it warm. I don't want to stress them more.
