Constant, loud parties in the brooder

Hmmmm, I do have a lot of toys for my granddaughters......I don't know what they would do with the singing Elmo! I won't give them the Lincoln Logs because I am sure they could build a ladder to get out of the brooder!

Hi all. I'm back. Completly rebuilt the run with 6' welded wire. I'm sure this will keep the little hooligans in. These were taken Sat.

This is when I first opened the door. It took them an hr. to finally come out. What are they planning.

Here's the run. The gate is 6' chainlink but its on the other end and not in the pic.

I think they were sizing up the situation so they could properly plan their escape! You didn't leave a ladder any where close did you?!

No ladder. The top of the fence is purposely floppy so they can't use is as a perch to jump over. I'll have to keep a close eye on the top of the posts. May have to put cones on top until I can get the deer netting up.

Not really just pop them on and they can't roost on them. The netting will take awhile cause first I have to move the frame for the shade awning. The netting will cover the whole thing attached to the fence with tie-wraps and to the roof of the barn with staples. So far they are still checking out the run and everytime any lg. bird flys over they run like a flash to the barn. It's hilarious.
