Thanks all. I'm going to go with Wyorp Rock and do a physical exam and worm her.

A follow-up for those interested. I followed Wyorp Rock's advice and eventually took a newly educated guess that it was gape worm and treated it with Safeguard. Took several treatments but she's gradually recovered and doing nicely! She thanks you for your concern.
