I squeeze until I can't get more out easily, then they usually start going on their own.

Just went to get some more out and there was some white poo on her bum. I squeezed a bit more out and that may be it, but I'll try again in a little. Poor thing looks so uncomfortable.

Good luck! You might want to add some water to their crumbles, that should really help keep stuff moving. Just remember to change it out for fresh often as it goes rancid pretty fast.
