Oh my gosh, she is the cutest funniest, sweetest little girl. I worry about her all the time because she is too good to be true and well, we all know when we get super attached to our chooks... we worry. Her dad is a Smoothie (Silkie X Ameraucana) and mom is a Light Brahma. Dad is no longer in charge- fired! because he flogged my BR's waaaay too many times, he is hen prejudice. Too bad because he makes the best babies I have had to date with looks and personality. I have him in a XL cage till I get my rooster coops built and may breed him to my Lt B's in the future but he is also up for sale at a really good price- so far no takers.
That is her brother in the last photo. I've been trying him out as #2 but last night caught him in the main coop again one girl away from my main guy... hmmmm. Then he jumped her on the roost in front of #1 within seconds of me spotting him. Roosters... He is also in an XL cage now and for sale lol

I am so sorry for your- not only loss but big hit. That is completely tragic. What state are you in? Always good to put that on your profile. So well all know what to watch out for and stay in the solutions.
