Hmm, this contest may be hard and alot of work but what about.....
Chicken look alikes. Sometimes rockstars and chickens have the same hairdos etc. What about trying to match your chicken with a celebrity? The one who has the most votes of their chicken look alike wins?
Also I'm willing to run a contest, I've got time xD

how about a contest where you record or show steps on how to clean ( bath )your chicken.
When I wanted to show my chickens I found very little info on how to do it, info that would explain Dummies like me, and at the same time it gives you a chance to clean your poultry while we have the hot days, ( video would be best )

and I also would like to help with what ever you guys need a relief on, hey we could be in the BYC relief crew!!!!
