but if you have not... it's nice to meet you. How are you all doing today? Good evening.

This conversation thread is going to be a bit different from a casual chat thread. This thread is dedicated to the brave men and women who fight and fought for American's to stand freely.​

Yeah! I would like to know more about peoples hobbies! Some of my hobbies are...Writing, baking, reading, knitting, and photography. I love taking pictures of anything and everything! (My chickens are a BIG inspiration in that matter)
I have a feeling that this thread is going to be FUN and a lot of new friendships will begin here!

Hello Alayna! I am really glad that you are enjoying the Backyard Chickens experience! It is a pleasure to have you! I am very glad that you are having a great day, that is good to hear. I am having a good one as well, thank you! Just got back from the general store a bit ago.

Those are extremely wonderful hobbies! You know, you and I have a lot in common! I absolutely love photography. I love writing, baking, reading, working on cars with my Dad.

I actually hope to have Ornithology or photography as a career some day! Do you like taking photos of birds, too? (Other than chickens! Ha ha). Here is my favorite kinda bird, the White-breasted Nuthatch. (Male).

Isn't that breed in particular beautiful? I just love birds of any kinds!

It's a pleasure to be here!! I am glad you are having a good day! I just got back from doing a mini photo shoot with my mom. (Of us humans)

Haha, same! It would be a really fun career choice! Not really, no. It's pretty hard to spot wild birds and when I do I don't have my mom's good camera to take the picture.

Welcome to BYC @BarbHicken17 Belatedly for sure.... from the San Diego High desert.

My chickens were more than just a hobby Poultry actually... When i start up again I will be focusing on Guinea Fowl... My horse loves to stand by their end of the coop for hours...

Oh hobbies... and advocations.... If I can make it I wont buy it. pretty much sums it up...

I craft in leather for Harness for the horse. Making bits and pieces that are necessary... I draw and paint as well as making jewelry... I write as well

Thanks, i just started but i have one ordered already! I charge $15 for the sign, and approx $10 for shipping, depending on where it goes.
I am making them for our farm, different areas, like fishing hole, swing, etc.

Hi everyone ,my daughter got married and her husband joined the army. I am very proud of him! They are stationed at fort hood Texas , he will go on his first deployment soon. They are sending him to Iraq. Please pray for all service members and prior members. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't be one nation under God.
