I didn't know what you found as I was at work and couldn't open the link. But, that looks great - except that I wouldnt know what to do with it in regards to a chicken coop/run. It doesn't look like it would fit in the back of my vehicle either.https://fortwayne.craigslist.org/zip/d/free-carport-you-haul/6521967009.html
No idea where you are, but WOW !! free !
Don't look for "COOP", look for shed

That is what I really wanted to do, but time was an issue, so we did the resin... there is always a new arrangement waiting to happen! I saw some pallets at work and have permission to take them. I'm going to use it to close up one corner of the run.It looks great @Coop de Grass. I think I might have seen that thread when I was searching.
I ended up not getting the resin shed as I was pretty much talked out of it due to not having natural shade.
We eventually built a chicken coop out of scraps. It's probably not to any code, but the chickens like it.![]()
Hi! I think this is great! Do you have any pictures?I added a few sheds to our existing coops and I can tell you how I did mine... Mine are metal but same idea as the risin though, I bought a hole saw bit for my drill and added vent holes around the top ( the size is 1 1/2" diameter) I made several for ventilation.
I made a free standing roost out of 2x4's for them and I made nesting boxes that are two high and 3 wide. These are 2 nest and 3 nest and free standing also.
It works great! Easy to clean throughout with a pressure washer in nice weather.
I also made a screen door for mine too I was really nervous about doing this by myself but I was able to conquer it!
The one thing that I did mess up on was I was off on the cutting on one side of the roost so my husband did fix that for me!
