G'day folks,
I joined this site becasue I am looking for EGG JUDGING GUIDELINES (found one) for Agricultural Shows. I am this year's convenor for our island's Agricultural Show - Fruit, Vegies and Eggs section.
Having previoulsy competed in the egg section, I have been dismayed at some of the previous judgings, so I am looking to upgrade the judging standard to include candling and cracking the eggs open.
There is also a children's egg section - normally half a dozen.
Adults and children can enter 3 sections for chook eggs only; 1- brown eggs, 2- white eggs, 3- brown and white eggs.
If you are an experienced exhibitor and/or judge, I'd like to hear your comments and ideas on the subject of judging eggs.
Cheers,
KIFCAT
