I got done with mine and just started on A and went through B and part of C.

Any that are not done in a done sections are waiting on further instructions.

Yes, Ann, only the brand names should be capitalized.

Wave 2 of editing is when I planned to focus on those issues and continuity between c. and cup etc.

You can fix those as you find them if you want but we will still do a second sweep for those.

Just curious, but is there a time set when you think the book might be able to go to press? Are you trying for a certain date or anything?
