Cooked first CX

    Amazing taste. I noticed that the bird seems to cook quicker and will get a little rubbery. Will have to make adjustments to that.
    The broth was rich instead of watery with oil in it.

    Looking forward to NEVER eating store bought again. I now know why people get $3.00 and $3.50 a lb. I'd pay it.

    Gotta go buy more CX chicks.
