Are you sure this is a Polish x Brahma? It has a single comb(which seems normal from what I can see) and is lacking any hint of crest(so far). Brahmas have pea, Polish has crest and duplex comb.. all which should show up in a cross in some form.
This chick also seems to be rumpless. Is he completely missing the tail- the bony structure and all?
Not sure what is up with the feathers. I have noticed that many Silkie crosses have much softer feathers than normal feathers. Have any silkies or silkie mutts in the flock? Try crossing it with a sibling or with a silky feathered bird.. if the chicks turn out half silky feathered and half like this, you know it's a carrier of the silky feathering gene and the fluffiness could be due to that..
another thought- any giant cochins or giant cochin crosses in flock? They have very long/soft feathering too.. and can get VERY big..
