I think it looks really good! Great job. Love the sliding nestbox doors, but I'd put a lock on the end of each sliding door at night if you don't already have one. A raccoon will eventually figure out how to slide those while standing on top.

Also, if you have only the one PVC feeder, I'd add another one, maybe sideways with a slot--I have one in my BBs Orp coop and will look for the picture for you. They all will want to eat at the same time and 16 can't get to that one.


*** Found the picture for you. Several can eat at this type at one time and it takes up no real space at all.
