Coop and Run and Done!

I was thinking of some kind of electric air circulation pump I could mount to the exhaust port on the ceiling of the shed. There's a nice one at the local Home Depot I was thinking about but I don't know if that would be a wise thing to do.

Natural ventilation is probably better.

Chicken dander and the dust from the bedding would be murder on any ordinary fan not specifically designed for use in a barn/livestock environment. :)

I would close them in the coop at night. It looks like there is chicken wire on the whole run. Which is not predator proof. But you do need a lot of ventilation. I like the idea of removing the doors and making then with hardware cloth. Human door and chick door. Keep the shed doors to put on in winter. At least one side

Yes. The chicken wire covers the whole Run. It is, quite obviously, not predator proof. It is to keep them in and reasonably safe (falcons, or other opportunists). I know the chicken wire only guys you time if a hungry critter is looking to have a quick meal. So I do lock them in every night.

Are you going to keep all 20? If so, you need to make a bigger run and coop. 4sq ft per bird in the coop and 10sq ft in the run. Add ventilation. It's very critical even during cold weather. Also as Saud, hardware cloth would be a better option, especially where you have so many predators.

I'll probably give my friend's sister 4-6 of them. she raises chickens, so I know they'll be in good hands.

Here's pictures of "our" coop.
