Here are a couple of photos of his movable coops. I was wrong when I looked more closely, they aren't cattle panel-- they just have some conduit and chicken wire giving structure for the tarps. The ends and sides have some hardware cloth mesh.
It is generally warm here, so you might need to close one end with tarps to block weather for the winter, but this should be relatively easy, especially if you substitute cattle panel for the conduit.
