Coop building isn't working out, running out of time and not sure how to proceed

I'm not at all handy, but thought that a PVC hoop coop was simple enough that I could pull it off. The plan was: a 10ft by 20 ft enclosure made of a tunnel of pvc arches, draped over entirely with hardware cloth, with a door in one of the ends of the tunnel. Because of the lay of the land, the flexibility of the pvc and hardware cloth, along with the huge size, is nightmarish.

So many things are off. For example, our property slopes in two directions, so it sags to one side. I've tethered and staked it to right it some, but for the life of me, I cannot get the door right. I have several injuries already, and I feel like I physically can't go on. I've also very nearly run out of time.

I spent a lot (for me) of money on specialized connections and the pipes. And time. So, so, so much time painting the pieces to make them UV resistant, measuring, cutting, fitting, fixing (lots of fixing, since this is not my strength).

I've thought of getting electrified poultry netting to make a quick run, but we do have hawks. The property is heavily treed and the terrain uneven. This doesn't solve the issue of a coop though.

I've also thought of taking my existing structure completely down, and using the pieces to make something less unruly, close to the ground. Again, this would suffice as a tractor/run, but not as a coop.

Right now I have 9 birds and had originally started with that large size so we could easily add more as needed.

What can a non-handy person like me do? Funds are tight. Y'all are so creative and resourceful, I thought I'd ask here.

I use electric poultry netting but it doesn’t run cheap. You could completely free range. Give them lots of stuff to hide under. I have old tables and overturned chairs for them to shelter under. And I am on year three of a shrub planting plan to give more natural cover.
I know that doesn’t solve the coop problem and hopefully someone will weigh in. I have seen lots of very creative solutions like converting abandoned play houses and tool sheds.
It is helpful if you include your approximate location in your profile because the climate you are dealing with matters.

This is so thoughtful, thank you. I have a charger already and may able to get the netting from a friend inexpensively. Going to update my profile now.

Do you have pictures of the area? I am in no way a construction expert, but I'd sure try to give some help! I understand that once you've spent a bunch on things, it can be hard to change direction (guilty). Do you have local classifieds you could maybe use a shed for the coop?

Could you use retaining wall bricks to help level one side?

I appreciate that so much. Here's a couple of pics 20250522_184412.jpg 20250525_111356.jpg
It's somewhere between 7 or 8 feet tall, 10 feet wide, 20 feet long. In hindsight, it was a mistake to make it so big (I just wanted to eventually be able to accommodate many birds!)
