Coop camera

I use Ring outdoor battery operated stick up camera. I have 1 in their coop, 1 in their run, 1 in their extended run, and 3 in the backyard.
I'm very happy with it!
Great nighttime camera, microphone, even has a speaker to talk through it if you want. Download Ring app and you can watch them alll day. You can have it record upon motion detection, have it alert you on motion, etc. Not to mention great battery life. No power needed.

You are unlikely to find a camera that records continuously on battery. The power demand to record continuously is to great to have any kind of battery life.

That’s unfortunate. I really hope I can find something though

Right around your budget at $55 on Amazon. You can get it on Ring's website too. (The less expensive one on the left is for indoors).

I think you can pay for a subscription to record full time. Not sure how that works. Sorry.
I just use mine to look in on them so I don't record full time. Then on occasion some of the cameras I set to record on motion.

Forgive me, but what do you mean it requires an Amazon account?

You have to sign into your amazon account in order to use the camera. And you have to get their app.

I'm not sure if it requires a subscription.
