Coop Ready?

What is your opinions on these girls. They are four weeks old today. Ready for their coop? With or without heat plate? And, any ideas what the little goldish/reddish feather footed cuties might be? They are all bantams

I assume they've been spending a good amount of time outside each day? They should be fine out in the coop then, sans heat.
