Hey everyone. Ok I do have some news. After much discussion and some back and forth I have decided to continue selling the coops.

But I will be selling them to BYC at as low a price as I can stand while not killing myself. For this reason from here on it they will be a flat payment of $350 each with shipping included. For those who would want to pick up they will be $250.

In addition I am designing a better one with the folks in China. I am hoping to make it predator proof with a higher quality harwear cloth (attatched better as well) , latches, wheels, hinges and roosts. I am also changing where the doors are and how they work. I do not yet know if my design will be more $ or not but will probably offer both coops if they are. I am also going to be designing a hutch for quail that I am hoping will be under $200

As for those still interested in a coop I will be posting how many are left (maybe 2 or 3) very soon. I have been dealing with some previous customers that were still on the fence but all should be worked out soon.

If there are extras to sell they will be a flat rate of $350 each shipped, because calculating each one at exact cost is very time consuming and I have left myself little to no profit on these so I can not spend as much time on them as I have been.

For those wanting to sell these themselves. I can say a few things about it. One it took me a long time and $ to find the Company I am now using. At first I wondered why the other companies that sell them charge $400 and more but with all the fees and trouble of getting them here I now understand. The only thing that I think really made it possible was that I am only 1/2 hour away from the NYC port where they arrive. I think the other companies drop ship them directly from a wearhouse so that they dont get the costs I got but I dont have those connections. Also I idd not do this as an individual but through my LLC.

The last 2 that I shipped should be arriving soon and in the next few days I will post what and how many extras I have available. I will also be posting a new thread so that those interested can get on the next list if they like.

hope this helps.

Quail?! That could be very tempting. I received mine from Purple on Sunday and put it together yesterday. Made some modifications like everyone else and I love it.

Thank you so much.

First off good on you for doing this.

Second ase these coops really good? I need to get a new coop for my two Light Sussex girls but fear this will be to small for them. I am also thinking of getting some silky girls and will house the twoo breeds in two seperate coops at night but allowed at to free range together so would two of these coops do me?

the coops are ok not great but the design is good and the base of it is good to improve upon. they are quiet attractive and with a few improvements can be very good little coops.

If free ranging it can certainly hold 3 LF chooks and a few Bantams

there are 2 coops left from this group available first come first serve lol

$350 shipped

$250 pick up in westchester NY
