Pretty clever!

Thanks for the notes. The chicken wire you see is only because I used an old door that had chicken wire on it for inside my coop between the run and coop. The full outer perimeter is done with hardware cloth- good spot though. Love how everyone looks out for each other on this site!!Nice!
X2 on the perches in front of the nest boxes. You probably won’t need a ladder for them if they have a spot to fly up to.
(ETA: Just noticed you have Silkies in your flock. They might need a ladder to get up to the nesting boxes. I have 2, one would use one of the lower boxes (I have 4, 2 over 2) and the other always laid in a corner of the coop.)
And I love all the ventilation in the coop! You might want to consider switching out the chicken wire for more hardware cloth, coons can rip right through CW.
It hasn’t rained since I put in the boxes. I am going to extend the corrugated metal roof and shouldn’t have much trouble. If I do I will address it for sure.Pretty clever!

I like the rustic look of it. Can you post an evening pic too since it looks like you have little lights strung around it?
