What exactly is the difference between a chicken coop and a chicken tractor, and which is better?

A chicken coop is a permanent structure with house and run. A tractor is a portable structure that lets you move the chickens to fresh grazing.

I think most of us think of a coop as a permanent fixed structure. Tractors are portable 'coops' which you moved around your yard/property to give them access to new grass on a regular basis.

Do the tractors have nests and roosts in them, or are they just like a run?
