assuming these aren’t good either Size wise? Cube looks small to me. Smaller than the playhouse even.

You really need to up your measurements. Coop floor space not including nest box should be 4'x4' minimum, and bigger than that if weather is an issue.

The Eglu is 3x3 and part of the space is eaten up by nest box, so it's more like 2x3.

You need a minimum of 4' x 4' feet of usable, interior floor space. The 4 square feet per hen is really very small -- the size of my doormat. If 4 doormats won't fit the coop is too small. :)

And if it's less than 4' feet high it will be TERRIBLY hard to provide draft-free ventilation. Eglus, while better made than most prefabs, are very badly ventilated.

Before we had chickens, we got two big shipping crates that DH turned into my garden shed.

The crates came from where we worked at the time, when a large machine arrived. They were exterior grade lumber, very well constructed. If you or anyone you know has access to something like this, tell them you're interested in the crate. Our employer was wondering how to get rid of the thing, because it would have taken up an entire dumpster, after a lot of time breaking it down.

With lumber prices as insane as they are now, there are a lot more people looking for stuff like this, but it doesn't hurt to get the word out.
