I'm in the process of redoing my coop and in texas as well! I know this is an old thread but so glad i ran across it! @henless totally going to use your coop as a guide!

I have to admit, that there have been many changes since my original 10x20 coop. You can click on my coop under my avatar and view my build threads.

Things have changed in my life, and I'm not able to have breeder pens, so I am going back to something very similar to my original coop. I will be starting a new build thread as soon as this hot weather is out of Texas. It's almost Oct and we are still in the mid/upper 90's here in East Texas. I'm so ready for Fall!

I will be using the original 10x20 as my run. I will be adding a coop where the 3rd horse stall is in the 4th & 5th pics. It will be more enclosed but still have large windows with the south wall be hardware cloth.
