Hey ya'll! Just got my babies in from idealpoultry and they sent me 13 PACKING PEANUTS! What to do with my extra roos?

I know I want to keep 2, but 11 is so many extra!

Anywho, these are those that I actually ordered :P

Wow that's a lot of interesting names!
How on Earth did you come up with all of the names;
Do they have a story;

I seem to name my chickens based on appearance:

Scuds is short for Scutzohiraki, which is the Greek word for Hedgehog, she looked like a little hedge hog with her laced wings as a chick.
Papaki means little duck in Greek, she was a yellow chick.
Kanela is the Greek word for cinnamon.
Koko is short for cacao.
Feta and Vanilia are explanatory.

I kind of like Egna.

It must be fun naming chickens, but I personally can't imagine doing so because mine look so much alike. I just end up calling them sweetie, or mama (if broody), or boy.

Odette is from the swan princess, and she seemed to have a sweet but tough nature

Tallulah because shes a southern bell

Henata is a play on a characters name from Naruto(anime)

Orpihime is a play on a characters name from Bleach(anime)

Momo is also from Bleach

Nami is from One Piece (anime)

Eggna is hilarious!

And Boujee is because she's the fanciest patterned chick.
