Maybe you can contact them or BBB to report issue. I hope you get a resolution.

I built my coop. It took me a couple months because I started in the winter. But it wasn't hard to build. It is a very simple coop that is bigger than most coops sold online and it was so much cheaper to build.

One option - to find a shed on FB marketplace or Craigslist and convert it to a coop.
