Cord still attached what do I do???

On one of the baby chicks the cord is still attached beteen the chick and the egg it is all dry though. it is churping away and trying to move around do I just cut it?

It will eventually fall off on it's on.

If you cut it be sure it's 100 % dried up, as it will bleed if it's not.

I'd give it atleast 24 hours..

I cut the cord and it is happy running around with all the others. Turns out it is also the noisy one
