I don't know how much she weighs. Starting tube soon.You need to tube. you are way more likely to kill her using a dropper. It's simply not possible to get the correct amount of fluids into her. Another thing... She must be kept warm, and never force water or feed to a chilled bird.
If she were mine I would tube fluids to her at 8-12 ml per pound, repeat in 60-90 minutes, then again in 2-4 hours. Never force feed a bird that has not been drinking. Hydration status must be corrected first.
