here's a pic of my cornish, Fiesta, she's about 2 years old. She is also from a hatchery, and from what i've heard, she looks good for a hatchery bird.
curent pic of her molting
this is a pic from when I got her back in January
this is a pic of her chick from an EE rooster
I'm hoping to increase my flock with some more cornish next year, has anyone ordered chicks from darkeggs.com?
they are hatchery from ideal but you gotta start somewhere. That was the only blr cornish bantams I could find anywhere. Their colors are varied some are mostly white with some red, some are mostly red and some of them look similiar to the "spangled" chick posted at the beginning of the thread. They just got some regular feathers so they still have alot of changing and developing to do. I am going to try to get some breeder dcb or wlr eggs to add for type I already bought one batch of eggs but 0 eggs made it through the PO.

Personally, I LOVE my DC bantams. I'm in the market for some whites now, and maybe another color yet to be determined... My BLR LF project isn't going to be as good as I once thought it to be... but who knows what lies ahead....
