CHEESECAKE comes in a variety of recipes and textures. It's kinda like Clam Chowder...there's New England style, red Chowder, etc...and home made or higher end restaurant CHEESECAKE should always leave you satisfied and delighted.

On quick look this appears to be your state's lab. Every state has one and usually they are in/near the capitol. State labs or a Uni with a quality animal science program usually have the ability to offer the broadest range of animal tests.
